A comfortable three-storey house in a good size garden with wooded plot attached,
set in woodland until cleared for building.  The house was requisitioned for Canadian
troops during the second World War.   [Back]

A very nice architectural exercise constructed in 1935 by a builder called Poole.  The house
was set in large grounds with outbuildings and which backed onto the golf course.   [Back]

Quite different from anywhere Archie & Doady had lived before.  They exposed the
original floor which comprised 6' x 3' flagstones.  Unfortunately, they suffered a
serious flood whilst living here.   [Back]
